All.in.one powders

The products of All.in.one series are characterized by the possibility of being consolidated either by sintering machines at about 700-750 C, or by free sintering in furnaces at about 900-950 °C for the production of diamond beads.
To the operators of this specific sector, All.in.one products are also available in a self-brazing form.
For manufacturers of diamond tools in general, All.in.one products are suitable for the production of cutting and polishing tools.
The All.in.one series consists of several products specifically modified to meet requests of different types of stone and application including:
- The products S171, S175, S176 for the manufacture of diamond tools in general;
- The products S171sbn, S175sbn, S176sbn, with self-brazing properties, for the production of diamond wire beads;
- The products N71W and N76W containing finely distributed carbides for applications requiring high abrasion resistance
