Thanks to the investments made to implement a real digital transformation for the development of its processes, Pedrini machines and systems perfectly respond to the needs of the Industry 4.0evolution. Interconnected and integrated processes allow Pedrini to track information flows and the material handling for production management and planning. It is possible to know in real time which phase each component that constitutes a machine or plant is in, to promptly intervene in the event of delays in the supply chain and to plan corrective actions by combining the concepts of Industry 4.0 with those of Lean manufacturing.
