Madielle Quarry

Over the last few years at GDA we have been gradually directing our business exclusively towards producing and processing our own materials.
In the extraction zone we own there are three main quarries from which we obtain the exclusive, prestige materials that have allowed the company to apply the right kind of targeted strategies for continued development.
The extraction area situated in the Apuano Madielle – Carchio – Caprera zone has been active since 1964 and produces Bianco Carrara Venato – Bianco Carrara Venatino – Arabescato Madielle – Statuarietto – Bardiglio.
DE ANGELIS SRL, which runs the extraction site, has modern machinery and heavy duty equipment for the extraction, handling and transport of raw materials.
